Facilities
A premium club. Enjoy access to state-of-the-art equipment in an uncrowded, fresh open space with a semblance of privacy.
Personal training
We do PT, and a lot of it. Achieve your goals faster with dedicated one-on-one coaching to your specific wishes. Fast track the process of getting in shape, and get the know-how from us.
Group training
At additional cost, we offer quality small group training sessions, such as Boxercise, HIIT and Stretch, Mobility & Recover. No gym membership required.
Guidance
All members receive free inductions & reviews as well as free programmes. At points in the day, the gym floor is manned for questions.
Clothing
Alongside our facilities, we have a small shop with some of our wear - you can also easily order items online that may not be available in-store.
