💳 Payment Terms

• Direct Debit is required (or upfront prepay contract).

👥 Guest & Viewing Policy

• Guest passes must be purchased in advance.

• No unauthorised access or tours — this could lead to termination and cost recovery.

• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

We make cancellations quick and simple—just provide 10 days' notice before the end of your month or prepaid advanced membership, and we’ll handle everything efficiently. Send us an email, and consider it done. Don't hesitate with your needs - we believe our members are in the best place to know what they need from memberships. You're always welcome to return.

Note: if a payment method such as a Direct Debit is cancelled without notice, it will be treated as a formal immediate termination of your current membership. This means your agreement will end today, and rejoining will require setting up a new membership through our website.

Membership Pauses – Keeping It Straightforward

We’re all about commitment to training, which is why we don’t typically offer membership pauses. In most cases, pauses end up being a way to step back from training, explore other options, or take a break—something that disrupts the club’s operations, cost efficiency and fairness to all members. 

Cancelling is better for all parties, and offers a space to a new member at the club.

That said, we understand that genuine emergencies—such as injuries or serious personal circumstances—are a different matter. If you find yourself in an exceptional situation, reach out, and we’ll see what we can do.

Otherwise, let’s keep the focus on fitness and consistency—see you in the gym!

Referral Scheme

Our referral scheme allows existing members to earn a 15% credit towards their next month's membership fee by referring a new member to join Office Gym Club.

When signing up a new member, just select 'Referral' and enter the name of the person who referred you. They will receive a 15% credit next month as a thank you! Once you are a member, you will too. Please note: This offer is available exclusively to Standard Membership customers and Long Term Members on Direct Debit.
