  • THE OFFICE GYM CLUB (‘we’ or ‘us’) collect, use and are responsible for storing certain personal information about you. When we do so, we are regulated under the General Data Protection Regulation which apply across the EU/UK and we are responsible as a ‘controller’ of that personal information for purposes of those laws.

Keeping your information secure
We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information being accidentally lost or used in an unauthorised way. Information provided will be used subject to a duty of confidentiality.

Log-in information at the gym check-in desk is held securely with a third party and is disposed of routinely. These records are held throughout the day for health and safety compliance. We do not download these details. They do not monitor your membership status nor does the business seek statistics from check-ins.

Potential issues
Indeed, while we will use all reasonable efforts to secure your personal data, in using the site you acknowledge that the use of the internet is not entirely secure and for this reason we cannot guarantee the security or integrity of any personal data that are transferred from you or to you from the internet. If you have any particular concern about your information, please get in touch.
